I see so many people just not squatting to there full potential with a few small changes the numbers can easily go up in both weight and reps, Bonus point you get a nice peach out of it as well.<br /> <br /> Also looking at doing some more pole/calisthenics the flags just a great thing to do. <br /> <br /> Decided at the ripe old age of 46 to do a masters bodybuilding contest
