Now I am doing a 90 day challenge to get back in shape and get committed to being healthy and fit again. In my early 30's I was a fitness monster. Hitting the gym everyday and working construction. As the years went by I let my job take over my life causing me to lose my interest in staying fit. Now , at the age of 39 I am getting on here and doing a 90 day fitness challenge not only for me to get back in shape but also to encourage others in my age group to get back out there and stay positive and fit .
